Since every one of our purses is unique, we would be happy to create one for you. We can make a purse similar to – but never exactly like any purse shown on our site. If you would like to order a custom purse, please contact us giving a number where you can be reached and that you wish to place a custom order. We will call you to get your specifications, discuss prices, payment options and shipping details.
Full payment is required prior to starting the project. Please allow 3 – 4 weeks for delivery. Payments for custom orders are to be made by check or money order.
Online orders
Online orders are handled by PayPal. PayPal's secured services guarantee using your credit card is safe and a PayPal account is not required. We ship to USA, Canada, Australia, Mexico, China, and worldwide. We will also accept cashier checks / money orders from USA customers only.
All USA orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and once payment has been verified you should receive your order within 4 - 7 days. Shipping charges are $8.95 whether you order 1 item or multiple items.
International orders will be shipped via USPS first class and once payment has been verified you should receive your order within 1-2 weeks. Shipping charges are $15.90 whether you order 1 item or multiple items.
If you happen to live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest area of Eugene / Springfield Oregon, please contact us directly, because we will waive the shipping charges if the order is being shipped to a local address.
Orders by Phone
To order by phone, contact us at 541–521-3754.
Please provide your name, a phone number where you can be reached, and that you wish to make a telephone order. We will contact you within 48 hours to discuss what you want to purchase and shipping options. Payment for telephone orders can be made by check or money order. Once we receive your payment and it has been verified, then we will ship out your order via USPS. At the time you place your order, we will mark the purse sold. If we don’t receive your payment within 10 days, the item will be put back up for sale.
