Product Guarantee

We guarantee merchandise for up to 30 days after purchase and cannot be responsible for wear and tear, weight restrictions and/or inappropriate use or treatment of product. Please treat these purses as you would any other hand-made item.

Purchase Policy  

Return Policy: We think all of our products are beautiful, but if for some reason you aren't happy with your purchase, we will accept its return within 14 days from the date we shipped if in the USA and 30 days if shipped internationally. A refund for the original cost of the item less a $7.50 return fee will be issued by check after we inspect the product to make sure it is unused and in its original condition. We reserve the right to deny a return based on our inspection of the item. You will not be refunded the original shipping costs or the cost for return shipping.
